Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes we do! However, it should be known that it can take anywhere between 7 - 45 days, depending on the country. Upon the customer’s request, we will ship just about anywhere, however we can’t take responsibility for lost packages, or those that are seized by customs. Q: What is your warranty/return policy?
A: offers a 30-day warranty on defective units. We are unable to extend this warranty to e-liquids or coils. For hardware warranty returns, we must approve the return of the item. Warranty returns must be sent at the customer's expense, though we cover the return cost of sending you the replacement item.

A: You may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after it is placed. After that, we are unable to guarantee order cancellation, as it may have already been processed and/or shipped.
